1. Open Shortcuts
2. Tap the plus button at the top-right corner of the screen
3. On the New Shortcut screen, tap on “Add Action”
4. Search and choose “Open App”
5. Choose the app you would like to customize
6. Tap on “Choose”
7. Tap on the Three Dots at the top-right corner of the screen
8. Tap on “Add to Home Screen”
9. Set the name that will be displayed on the home screen and then tap on the icon to change it
10. Select the folder containing the icons you saved earlier
11. Choose from your folder the icon you want to set
12. Tap “Choose”
13. Finally, tap on the Add button at the top-right corner of the screen
14. You’re all set! Now you should find the newly added icon on your home screen
