Please follow the description below to know your Followers’ status:
This pop-up message comes directly from Instagram. It is not related to the app. The main reason for your situation is about: using an overloaded server and (or) running activities too fast.
For this issue, you can solve this problem by:
– Sign-in on Instagram’s website:
. If your account has been unlocked all you need to do is resign-in our application.
. In the worst case, Instagram will ask you to change your password, then you need to finish this step and resign-in our application.
– Or the safest way is to be patient, Instagram itself will unblock you after a while.
Overloaded servers are one of the most common issues you can encounter when using any apps like Followers+ Track for IG. Thank you so much for understanding.
Your issue may relate to the overloaded Instagram server. The principle is that for each time you unfollow, our app will request the Instagram server.
If there are too many requests to the Instagram server, for example, unfollowing 100 accounts, Instagram will stop answering you. How long the Instagram answer you depend on how much it trusts you again. The solution to this situation is to refresh the app and do not run activities too fast.
Please try to log out of the app, then refresh the app background first. After that, please try to log in and wait until the app’s complete to load all your data then continue to unfollow people.
An overloaded server is one of the most common issues you can encounter when using any apps like Followers+ Track for IG. Thank you so much for your understanding.
All activities you can perform on Instagram have a limit to reduce the inauthentic engagement on the platform. And our mission to provide you with a safe app to help you out on Instagram. To make sure your IG account is always safe with our app, we must follow Instagram Policies.
So you may come across situations where you cannot unfollow people in our app even if you just bought. The reasons for this situation are related to violations of Instagram policies, such as unfollowing at high speed and reaching the unfollow limit. When you unfollow people in bulk, Instagram will understand that you are in danger and pause your activities. And you will encounter the same situation if you reach the unfollow limit.
How to resume activities after reaching unfollow limitation?
There’s no official announcement that lets Instagram users know the daily limits of each activity, but the numbers below are close to what we have, and other users have experienced on the platform.
If you are using our apps or not, you must make sure that you do not unfollow more than 200 accounts per day (new accounts under 3 months) and 700 accounts per day (accounts over 1 year). To make sure your account is not shadowbanned, keep your unfollow limit to less than 60 per hour with a gap of 25-30 seconds. Followers+ Track for IG helps you to easily unfollow on Instagram, which is why you might be motivated to unfollow quickly and easily.
So, if you meet activities limits situations in our app, please strictly follow these steps:
- Stop all activities on our app;
- Stop all activities on any third-party apps likes Followers+ Track for IG;
- Stop all activities on your original Instagram;
- Resume your activities on our app after three steps above within 1 – 2 hours at a lower speed. However, the time required to continue your activities depends on how much Instagram thinks you are at risk. It may last within 24 – 48h.
What happens when you unfollow too fast?
Instagram is rigid in many cases, especially when it believes an account is spamming/using bots. Instagram may limit a user’s access to perform actions like ‘commenting’, ‘liking’, and ‘following other users’. So the rule of thumb here is to avoid too many activities in a short time.If you are using multiple bots, applications, tools at the same time, you absolutely have to stop it. Please do not auto-like, auto – comment, unfollow in bulk at once.
Note that Instagram automatically spots violators, especially with users login in unauthorized means. It may ban your account for a minor or unintentional mistake. The worse part is that it will issue a permanent ban for your account.
How do you know your account has been blocked action? If you can’t perform any task in our app, please try to unfollow on your Instagram account. If there is a pop-up telling you that “this action was blocked, please try again later”, this is the sign that your account has been blocked action.
There are some solution to help you out of this situation. However, it will depend on how much Instagram trust you.
- Switch your wifi IP address.
- Logout of our app and stop all activities in any other apps, tools, bots.
- Change you bio and link your account to other social media.
- Stop all Instagram activities for 24-48 hours, and please patience.
- Report a problem to Instagram.
Important
Why can’t I continue to unfollow even though I waited 24-48h. Login in our app, it likes you are logging in other browsers. Therefore, the unfollow counts on our app will be aggregated with the number of unfollows in your other app and your IG account. If you continue hit unfollowing in other app or/and in your IG account, your activities in our app won’t be resumed.
The Instagram limits are not the same for everyone. Instagram is more flexible with older Instagram accounts and accounts with more than 10,000 followers. Newer accounts may have smaller limits to follow/unfollow compared to older and larger accounts on the platform.
Hence, factors affecting your Instagram limits are:
- How old is your Instagram account? The older, the better.
- The number of Instagram followers. The bigger, the better.
- Usage of Instagram automation. The lesser, the better.
To make sure your account is not shadowbanned, do not unfollow over 60 accounts per hour and 200 accounts per day (accounts under three months) or 700 accounts per day (accounts over one year). However, if you are in this situation, you can easily pass it by following our tips below:
- Stop all activities on our app
- Stop all activities on any other third-party apps
- Stop all activities on your original Instagram account
- Resume unfollowing on our app after three steps above within 1 – 2 hours.
This is one of the most common errors you can encounter when using either Instagram or Followers+ Track for IG. Therefore, we strongly inform users that high speeds are risky.
The issue may relate to the overloaded server. The principle is that the server will take data from your Instagram account, then the app will compare the following and follower. After that, the app gives you the answer. However, when the server is overloaded, the user is responded slowly and leads to some incorrect results.
The solution to your situation is to refresh the app’s background. Please try to log out of the app, then refresh the app background first.
After that, log in and wait until the app complete to load your data. We also provide you with whitelist options to help you avoid unfollowing friends and family by adding them to this list.
The overloaded server is one of the most common issues you can encounter when using any apps like Followers+ Track for IG. Thank you so much for understanding.
